Observers are welcome at our meetings.

The GCC places a high value on transparency and inclusion, as well as efficiency.
* Members may consent to hearing quick reactions from observers during various meeting processes.
* Before a formal consent round, if members request and consent, the facilitator will ask observers : "If you were an official member of this circle, would you consent to this item?"
* When time permits, the GCC invites observers to be included in the final measurement round of the meeting.
