Course Description:

We will cover the basics of Nonviolent Communication.  We will explore what needs get met by using alcohol and drugs and what needs do not get met.  Participants will discover how to transform this pattern in a way that meets more needs.  The motivation for this change comes not out of shame, guilt, anger or depression, but out of the genuine desire to contribute to our own and other's well being.
