New to NVC? Come to Friday night's introductory session, Empathy in Action, where we do role-plays based on REAL situations you bring to work on!


Course Description: 

Are there "tigers" in your life "eating you alive"?

Would you like to use your NVC skills in "challenging" situations at home, work, and in community organizations?

Would you like to deepen your ability to listen, dialogue, and be heard, including when discussing "hot" topics you're passionate about - including political issues?

 

If you answered YES to any of these questions, then this workshop will interest you! Via activities, role plays &games you will take steps in:

*Staying present and self-conected even in "tough" situations

*Doing the NVC "dance" of self-expression and hearing others

*Deepening your practice of self-empathy and pacing conversations
