Course Description: 

This workshop enhances:

  • Deepening one's empathy skills;
  • A better understanding of the impact of what works and doesn't work in empathic listening;
  • Understanding one's particular challenges with regard to empathic listening;
  • Understand the importance of self-empathy and enhance the effectiveness of it;
  • Developing one's sensitivity to the delicate dance of empathic listening and honest expression.

Empathy is the base of NVC practice, the primordial personal disposition for NVC to foster the quality of connection we are seeking.
